Cancellation Late & No-Show Policy

At Dignus Mirus Medical Consulting, PLLC, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, in order to provide the best possible care to all our patients, we have established the following policies regarding late arrivals, no-shows, and appointment cancellations.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care.
How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling our office at (725) 677-5226 or via email at appointments@dignusmirusmc.com. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time when canceling.
2. No-Show Policy
Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification.
Consequences: Patients who do not show up for their appointments may be subject to a no-show fee for missed appointments. This fee will not be covered by insurance.
3. Late Arrival Policy
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure that all patients receive the appropriate amount of time with their healthcare provider. You will be responsible for any late fees and surcharges, or gateway fees associated.
